Sable BooKnight chose to name itself after these horses for several reasons. First, as a tribute to their beauty and resilience. Second, because horses embody the ideals of freedom and confidence, which are common traits for independent authors. Lastly, the founder’s love of horses serves as a fitting symbol to represent Sable.
